A Trump tax sing-along song

In April 15, 2017 tens of thousands of Americans were planning to join the Tax March in Washington D.C., demanding for Donald Trump to release his full tax returns. For the protest, we released Because We Care, an animated video sing-along song breaking down what Trump’s unpaid taxes could have paid for.

Education vs. Golden Toilets, the song reveals the various things Trump’s estimated $900 million tax dodge could have paid for. With a comical tone, but a serious message, we demanded proof that the president paid his taxed by April 18th, the date when all Americans would have to file their taxes.

Three congressional committees can request the IRS to disclose Trump’s tax returns. Our website, ShowTaxReturns.com, drove people to call their local senator and congress, and demand that they do.

Our social posts targeted anyone joining the Tax March, driving them to our website, where they could find the contact information of the congressional committees, as well as our sing-along animated video.
